Kelley Beauford is a 1st generation Cambodian-American, daughter of refugee parents who survived a genocide and came to America in the 80s. Her career has spanned over many years in the non-profit, community organizing space in the Bay Area and other parts of CA, centered on uplifting Southeast Asian communities and similar marginalized communities of color through social justice and the performing arts. She has also spent over 8+ years in corporate tech as a DEI and HR professional, working across many industries which includes a few well-known Fortune 500 companies in Silicon Valley. Her priorities in life are her family, friends, and local community. She is also a pet parent to 2 rescue dogs. She is currently focused on another passion, health and wellness, as a Track & Field coach for HS athletics in Oakland, CA, working with local youth in her own neighborhood.
